Pros: Level 1 trauma and stroke center. Usually CNA help, Epic. My floor is like a family and really helpful. A nurse who started as agency went staff there.

Cons: Have your running shoes on, higher acuity, insulin and heparin drips on MST. Ratios typically 1:5-6 and sometimes not fully staffed on CNAs. Depends a lot on which floor you land on.
