Pros: Started as a local traveler and stayed staff for years because of the people. Staff are super nice, tight knit and competent, I'd trust the ICU nurses with my family. Teamwork makes up for resources. …
Cons: Management made it toxic and normalized it, which is why I left. Resources aren't always there. Very old hospital with outdated technology. Beckley itself is sketchy.
