Pros: 98% of the nurses are excellent and friendly. Surgical IMCU 1:3, floor patients 1:4. Phlebotomy, Epic, any color scrubs.
Cons: Rotating shifts, days Monday then nights Tuesday, and management schedules however they want. Self scheduling deadlines weren't explained. CNAs disappear on hour-plus breaks and skip I&Os unless asked…
