Cons: Sometimes scheduled 5 in a row. Call lights just don't get answered, I watched them ring 6-8 minutes. Charge takes a full assignment almost always so there's no real help. No bath wipes, washcloths on…
Pros: Very traveler friendly with fair assignments. Float pool manager was awesome and let me control my schedule, 6 on 8 off. ICU commenter did 1.5 years and says it is extremely traveler friendly.
Cons: Small town, not much to do.
