Pros: ICU 1:2-4 depending on acuity, devices 1:1. Charge doesn't take patients. Only floated 5-6 times in 13 weeks. Any scrub color. Not as bad as expected.
Cons: It's HCA now and staff say it was better before. Sunrise charting switching to Meditech. Techs hit or miss. Cancelled on my last day and sent home early for overstaffing.
Pros: ICU ratios are 1:1 or 1:2, you only see 3 when they're tele/PCU. Providers are good. Decently busy hospital for southern NH. Wasn't a bad contract.
Cons: HCA bought them out so things may change. ED always looks like a wreck. Area around the hospital is sketchy at night.
