Pros: I work there now. Tons of support and resources and they're very organized. Strict policies translate into good patient outcomes.
Cons: A REALLY busy hospital. Super strict on policy with small margins for error.
Pros: Nothing positive from the travelers who replied.
Cons: ICU float there was my least favorite assignment ever. Barely worked ICU, usually held med-surg patients in PACU bays with no supplies or help. Staff entitled and blame travelers. Belittled by residen…
