Pros: Loved it, one of those assignments you'd extend. Very teamwork oriented, they WON'T leave you drowning. Friendly, experienced nurses, docs, PAs and NPs. Paramedics can give some meds and start IVs and…
Cons: Ratios vary with staffing and can get high when busy, another nurse said 1:8 with mixed acuity. Limited triage support on nights. Housing is really hard to find and there are no Ubers.
