Pros: Staff here now. ICU 2:1, med surg holds 3:1, free charge and sometimes an ICU resource nurse. Staff on 5 are awesome and very travel friendly, and charge helps when you need it. Free garage connected …
Cons: Med surg 4-5 on days and 5-6 on nights. No phlebotomy, some techs can draw. Nurses and aides transport on nights. Ortho floor is the one float to avoid.
