Pros: RT is an amazing, super responsive group. Free parking, cheap cafeteria (lunch only), helpful case managers, police onsite 24/7. Ratios on paper: MS 1:5-6, ICU 1:2-3, PCU 1:3, ED 1:4-5.
Cons: Techs at 1:8-12. Local population can be openly anti-traveler. I got hurt on the job with a no patient care restriction and they wanted me to come in and just observe; when I refused I got DNR'd. Mana…
