Cons: Jim Thorpe rehab unit is 1:6 with no phlebotomy and no transport, so the RN or CNA takes every patient to dialysis, MRI or X-ray and walks off unit to get admits. Orientation was a mess across off-sit…
Pros: Spent 8 weeks there. Team was super nice. OT always available. Never felt unsafe.
Cons: PCU 5-6 occasionally with drips and we drew all our own labs. Wouldn't go back just because of the workload.
