Pros: Worked the ER in 2023 and don't have specific complaints. Travelers aren't put in the trauma bay. Almost always got a break, which is rare. Took the bus without issue.
Cons: Busy ER with lots of traumas, you need a strong skill set and be ready to roll. Usual big-city hospital issues.
