Pros: Extended once and tried again. Night float and all the nurses and techs were super travel friendly and helpful. RT comes to the floor. Charge was super helpful. They stopped giving me cardiac drips on…

Cons: No phlebotomy, no IV team. Med-surg is 5 most nights, trauma 4-5. Floated once to ICU as a med-surg nurse and got 3 bipap patients. Cerner.
