Pros: Mostly traveler friendly. Main Lovelace neuro and medical PCUs I floated to kept 1:3-4 with great, friendly management. Any scrubs.
Cons: Told 1:4 in the interview but had 5 almost every shift for 13 weeks. Floated at least weekly to med-surg, ED holding, triage and behavioral health. Techs hit or miss. Unit manager unpleasant, disliked…
