Pros: Amazing. Spent 9 months there. You only get floated down to IMC, never lower. Never tripled in ICU and no more than 3 patients on IMC.
Cons: You will float between all the ICUs. Housing is expensive and hard to find, easier in winter.
Pros: Great people. Scrubs provided. Free staff garage with shuttle. Travelers usually not assigned critical care or peds. I'd go back without doubt.
Cons: Full all the time, hallway beds, psych holds, long waits. Residents with varying skill. Housing pricey, especially summer.
