Pros: Worked the small ICU and loved it. People are wonderful, ICU usually 2:1. Going direct paid about double and they provided a car and apartment. Eagles past the break room window, sea lions and whales …
Cons: Critical patients get flown out once weather allows, lots ship from the ER. Food and supplies are expensive and hard to find, internet/TV not guaranteed. Bring rain gear.
