Pros: Teamwork was good and there are a lot of nice people. Never heard anything bad about the units. Near Alex Bay and the 1000 Islands, great in summer. ICU is 1:1 or 1:2.
Cons: ER up to 6 with lots of psych. The manager never left her office and played favorites. Can be cliquey, including some mean girl travelers. Meditech. The snow is insane, go after spring.
