Pros: Spent 7 months here on Pulm Acute (contract states IMC) and would absolutely come back. Ratios were 1:2 or 1:3 on Pulm Acute and 1:4 or 1:5 on the Med-Surg halls. Two charge nurses per shift, neither …
Cons: Honestly nothing worth flagging. Great experience start to finish. Would 100% recommend and I'm planning to head back.
