Pros: Some of the best staff I have worked with, newer nurses but always willing to help. Techs on every shift and most were awesome. Management worked with my schedule and offered block scheduling.
Cons: HCA. Hired unit was closed for renovation so I floated every shift without float pay. Told 7 would be rare on med-surg, it was 7 every night, PCU 5-6, charge takes a full load. Admits at shift change.…
