Pros: EP lab: great staff, no drama. Manager no-nonsense but fair. Docs are great. Anesthesia for every case so you don't sedate. Core staff getting more stable. Would go back.
Cons: No block scheduling in cath/EP/IR. Only simple EP cases and implants, plan on scrubbing a lot. Fluoro equipment due for replacement.
