Pros: 3.5/5 after 9 months on SNICU nights, renewed twice. Enjoyed most of my coworkers, very traveler friendly.
Cons: Travelers float first and can move every 4 hours, and picking up extra means you'll likely float. Hardly any nursing assistants on the unit. Mostly rotating shifts. Football season parking is terrible…
Pros: Absolutely loved it. Very traveler friendly, lots of travelers, everyone super nice and helpful. ICU floats only to stepdown with a max of 4. Easy to pick up extra 4 hour shifts. Housing not bad.
Cons: Float a lot, sometimes every 4 hours, and you can have 12 patients in a shift. Paid parking and day shift shuttles from a far lot. Rates not great.
