Cons: CT techs, do not go. Worked several trauma centers and this is the worst. No support from management. I scanned about 120 in a 12 with no lunch, pan scans on everyone including early pregnant patients…
Pros: If you want to see cool stuff at a level 1 trauma center, you will.
Cons: Worked there a long time. Completely overworked, significantly underpaid, unsafe assignments. UPMC as an employer is awful with terrible benefits. High turnover in all areas.
