Pros: 4/5. Helpful people and super nice patients and staff, very appreciative. Ratio 1:3-4. Accommodated 3-on/4-off instead of 6/8.
Cons: Small rural ER, most specialties sent out and some unavailable certain days. No transport, you clean and stock your own rooms. One difficult doc.
