Pros: First contract in 2021 was great: manageable ratios, free charge, respectful providers who call you with updates, phlebotomy, IV team, transport and helpful NAs.
Cons: Came back and it's not the same hospital. Units that were 1:4 now run 1:6. Every other weekend, offsite parking with a shuttle. A week into the contract they dropped the rate again or terminate.
