Cons: Staff may not seem super friendly at first, keep your head down and do your job. You'll probably float all the time. Staff have been striking. Ascension facilities are rough in general.
Pros: Scheduling was pretty easy. Fast track has 7 rooms.
Cons: Contracted for St. Francis level 1 and got scheduled every shift at St. Joseph. Ratio supposed to be 4:1 but not set. Hallway psych assignment means you and one nurse pick up every patient and do q15 …
