Pros: I would return. Really good people and reasonable patients. I wasn't micromanaged which was nice. Cerner charting.
Cons: I floated a lot to PCU, and it was 4:1 there.
Pros: Wasn't terrible. Retirement community so lots of geriatrics and some wild golf cart vs car traumas.
Cons: PCU floats, once 4 times in a shift. 5:1 on a good day, 6-7 on a bad one. Obs unit is the worst. Housing in Sun City is hard so you commute, and Phoenix is expensive. Not a 10/10.
