Cons: SICU is wild and one of the biggest, busiest ICUs I've worked. Crime in STL is bad, live west of the hospital and don't go cheap on housing.

Cons: Level I trauma, it's huge and you're kind of a number. Parking is an off-site shuttle lot, try to live walking distance.
