Cons: Floated to medicine at 5-6, told it could be 7. Supposed to do all timed labs.
Pros: NAs were very good, usually had things done before I asked. Cardiac progressive runs 1:4 with lower acuity.

Pros: Worked staff on J63 cardiac surgery stepdown. Traveler friendly. Ratios usually 1:5, very rarely 6. Cardiac drips without titration.
Cons: Charge always has a full assignment. Commonly short on techs and phlebotomy, so you draw your own labs especially PTTs. Policies vary by floor.
