Pros: Would return. ED co-workers are wonderful and management is kind. Security always helps and the house sup used to work ED. 1:4 with set room assignments, no floating, and I got 3-4 days off in a row. …
Cons: Rural, state run and years behind. Meditech. Lots of meth and poorly controlled diabetics. High cost of living. Med surg and ICU travelers didn't seem to have as good a time.
Pros: Had the time of my life. Everyone on PCU was nice and welcomed me with open arms. Management was amazing. Ratios 1:3-4. They answered all my questions and showed me Meditech. I'd love to come back.
Cons: Got fussed at by a doctor a few times. Reviews suggest ICU is a different story.
