Pros: Incredible group of hardworking nurses. Equipment is outdated but gets the job done. A local motel gave me an extended stay deal with a kitchen. Gorgeous area near the Canadian Maritimes.
Cons: Truly critical access with slim resources and some very sick patients. Nurses recently struck over unsafe staffing. Housing is difficult. Bring a passport.
