Pros: Worked their ICU and cardiac stepdown A2 and loved it, staff on both units were great. Lots of internal travelers so very traveler friendly. 24/7 snack shop. Epic, navy scrubs.
Cons: Only one hospitalist and one NP at night and no intensivist, so rapids can be sketchy. I heard the other stepdown is mostly travelers and harder to work with.
