Pros: Medical 1:3, psych 1:4. Union so no one questions a missed lunch. Most nurses nice. Mental health techs are awesome. Management worked a little on scheduling.
Cons: Half the shift is travelers and often only travelers help. Staff have no faith in the manager. Techs can not start IVs. You get locked psych patients without state required training. Some security han…
Pros: Really great. 45 bed ER at 3:1. Staff nurses take stab rooms. Team is amazing in every way, very travel friendly, competent nurses and docs. Another traveler is taking a second assignment here.
Cons: Boarding and sicker patients like everywhere right now.
