Pros: A med surg traveler said it's good, 1:5 on med surg, mandatory 30 plus 15 minute breaks and the charge nurse acts as resource and covers you. Biggest hospital for 2 hours so it stays busy.
Cons: Redding ER was TERRIBLE. Fast paced and full of vain trauma junkies. One of the main docs was the most condescending person I've worked with, told me to hurry up and write my little nursie note. I too…
Pros: Staff on CVICU, PCU and tele are nice and helpful, the only contract where I preferred floating out. Redding is beautiful.
