Pros: Really liked this contract, the only one I readily extended and wanted to extend again. Staff very helpful, you always get breaks and there's always someone to help. Busy Level 2 with lots of traumas …
Cons: Floated a lot from neuro ICU. They hired a bunch of new staff so very few travelers got extended. Self schedule still gets moved for staffing.
