Pros: The staff is very friendly, kind and warm. The work varies as the ER does, sometimes busy and sometimes not. It’s a great pace for a first time traveler or someone who wants to slow down a bit.

Cons: Resources - it’s like a critical access hospital so not a lot of resources and you transfer out a lot of pts. Size - small ER(13 beds), small ICU(4 beds), small hospital (holding in the ER quite a bit…
