Pros: Can wear basically whatever, some nurses even came to work in black jeans a couple times. They are usually pretty good with any requested days off.

Cons: Management is TERRIBLE. This is a learning er, basically they hire new grads on the spot, they get a year of experience and then leave. They have charge nurses with less than a year experience as well…
