Pros: Worked 8A surgical nights and it was good, with pretty good nurse and PCT support. Staff say there's every resource you can think of, real breaks and lunches, competent staff. I'd go back.
Cons: Usually 6:1. You'll probably float every other day to almost every floor. 7th floor is the one to avoid.
Pros: Not a bad hospital. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the hospitality is incredible. 3 techs at night, phlebotomy and RT for treatments. Lots of outdoor stuff.
Cons: Some units are heavy, avoid 7A and 7B, and days are heavy. Techs weren't great. Only 48 hour contracts. Lots of drug use and comorbidities. The town is boring and isolating.
