Cons: 6:1 ratios on med-surg, and they'll sometimes split you between 2 units that are next to each other. Multiple travelers I've talked to straight up cancelled their contracts here calling it unsafe. EMR…
Pros: Staff are nice and will help when you ask.
Cons: No charge nurse. Manager covers multiple floors and is stretched thin. 6:1 on med-surg. They say one thing and do another, cancelled my contract hours after sending an extension.
