Pros: Staff and management super nice and helpful. Strict 5:1 every shift. CNAs do vitals and are knowledgeable and hard working. Rarely floated. A temp manager actually fixed staff issues the week they cam…
Cons: Cancelled all travelers early with 3 weeks notice, so I did 7 of 12 weeks. Charge never takes a team and stays at the desk. No secretary. Confusing doctor coverage.
