This is a Guest House, separate from the main house. We call them Casitas here. Everything is as the intro states. It is literally a huge bedroom suite that includes: Queen bed, sleep sofa, dining table and chairs, big screen T.V. with tons of channels, kitchenette (no stove/oven, county ordinances) but microwave, slow cooker and air fryer (you'll manage just fine). This is a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood in the SE portion of Las Vegas, NV. near the 11/93/95/515 (it literally has all 4 designations) fwy and 2 lights north of Henderson, NV. We are surrounded by 3 schools and a Police station so you can imagine the attention to safety. Plenty of food, supplies, entertainment mere minutes from the front door. Airport, major casinos and other huge venues all within a 20-minute drive (if you're so inclined). There is a cleaning service available if you're interested. Someone I've been fortunate to be connected with for several years. Very reliable and honest. $50/visit (includes laundry). I would be happy to introduce you and you would pay her directly.
