Pros: Overall good as a float nurse. ICU traveler liked the crew enough to stay several renewals. CNAs usually, and techs can draw labs and drop foleys. Free parking. Incredible hiking and wine nearby.
Cons: Med surg 6:1 and tele 5:1 but expect 2 of those 5 to be step down level. No phlebotomy. Lots of new nurses and it can be cliquey. Tough tele test, you need 93%. Staff turnover picked up recently. Cost…
