Not a share (the only shared space is the laundry room which is shared with one additional unit located on the property). Rents noted are all inclusive, including water, HVAC, trash, internet, YouTube TV etc. Pets Considered. Our family has six different units around town that we offer on a minimum one month basis. After that, the length of your stay is very flexible. This is our only one bedroom, all the rest are two bedroom homes, some with and additional half bath.
