Cons: No guaranteed hours. Switching from Cerner to Epic.
Pros: CCU days, 1:3-4 with drips and tele overflow. Assignments are fair. Hospitalists friendly and responsive. Self scheduling. Phlebotomy. ER staff friendly when floated. Manager and director help with an…
Cons: Travelers float first to the ER or to take boarders. Only 1 PCA on 13 beds and not all are helpful. Rural, an hour drive to anything. Sick patients get shipped to the university.
