Pros: Staff helpful enough, lots of travelers. Epic, any color scrubs. Good classroom prep before the first day and 2 days training on the floor.
Cons: Rough population with lots of long term homeless patients who are medically cleared with no placement. Expect to float to other M/S floors. Area is not super safe. Not sure I'd return.

Pros: Allenmore is Tacoma Generals "little sister" hospital. Allenmore has downtime, where as TG is a constant stream of patients. Tacoma General has transporters for imaging. Clean hospital, nice equipment…
Cons: Tacoma General is busy but manageable. Allenmore has very little transport help. Both hospitals have high population of patients with substance use disorders experiencing homelessness
