Pros: Some staff were incredibly nice and I wouldn't have made it without them. The other med-surg units I floated to were great.
Cons: 3EA (ortho/neuro/uro) is toxic. As a strictly med-surg nurse I got floated to PCU twice and called unprofessional for refusing out of scope patients. Manager thrives on gossip, pits staff against each…
