We are very clean and quiet. I do have two dogs that are very lovable. You will have access to laundry and kitchen. Have a great loft for reading. Lots of area to sit outside we also have an above ground pool and spa. We go to bed early and wake up early. If you are not comfortable with the upstairs room, there is a room downstairs. It just does not have a full bath so you would have to shower caddy it upstairs, but whatever works best for you.
