Our studio is attached to the back of our house, like a duplex. You have your own entrance and side yard. We live in the main part of the house, but it's completely separated. The kitchenette is equipped with a keurig, microwave and a plug in cooktop and everything to cook with. There's a washer, but no dryer. There's a clothes line outside and a rack inside. Linens, towels are furnished and we will swap for clean ones weekly. The neighborhood is pretty cool in my opinion. But can look sketchy to some. It is sandwiched between UF Health and Downtown Jacksonville. *we list on other short term platform, so message me for availability.
