Shared bathroom with one person. I own the home and I have one renter who has been with me two years. We are both kind and respectful. Very safe home, no drinking, smoking or drugs. I have two large overly affectionate dogs and one affectionate little cat. Room has a full size bed, dresser walk in closet. Shared laundry, kitchen and living room. The two of us mostly keep to ourselves in our rooms a lot. Im in the master suite of a 4 bedroom home. My one and only renter is renting two rooms. One room is vacant and completely safe. We are kind and caring folks. Rent is due every two weeks, not monthly, every other Friday.
