Hi, my name is Nicole and I’m renting my house for July and August because I will be spending the summer in Italy! My house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house, but I will have one of the rooms locked to keep my belongings. The rest of the house is fully furnished, including full access to everything in my kitchen and in unit washer and dryer! My favorite part of the house is the front porch, best place to have a coffee in the morning. The house has two AC units one that is in the bedroom and one that is in the laundry room. Please keep the house pretty cool! There’s also a parking space in the back of the house or you’re welcome to park for free on the street in front, which is where I generally prefer to park. I have listed the house for $1800 per month not including utilities, if you would like for me to include utilities, the house will be $2000 a month. You are less than a 10 minute walk downtown Ferndale and 20 minute walk to downtown Royal Oak! Please reach out if you have any questions!
