My house is located in a very nice neighborhood where people walk by with loved ones or dogs morning and night. There is a park 2 blocks away. My neighbors are great and we look out for each other. It fairly quiet and very safe. I've lived here about 20 years. I'm a single mom raising my daughter and I rent out 2 rooms normally. I have one steady renter who is a student. She works full time and goes to school. She's really nice and has a quiet shy boyfriend thay comes over often but leave by 10pm. I thought I would try renting to nurse's as my friend told me about it and I certainly appreciate the work they do. During the week it's usually pretty quiet. During the weekend I host parents and their kids for spaghetti/game nights, Karoke, crafts ext... 2-3 a month on a Sat. or Sun. But everything usually wraps up about 10pm as I like to keep my daughters sleep schedule on track. The room is currently unfurnished except for an open square book shelf and lamp but I do have Costco folding tables and chairs I can lend and I might be able to get you a twin bed unless you want to get your own.
