This place is for a discriminating, busy professional who is looking for a concierge-style apartment share that is SUPER CLEAN, beautiful, sunny and serene. This is almost like an Air B&B style apartment setup. You will get large bedroom with 2 closets, bed, bureau, chair, nightstand, mirror and smart TV. You will also get additional room that could be a small living room/office with sofa, desk, office chair, TV tray stand and smart TV. You will share spacious and sunny EIK, bathroom, washer/dryer, off-street parking and a small back porch. Other amenities that will be provided: all household supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc) a supply of Yelp-rated take-out menus to local restaurants and cafes coffee/tea set-up in room I am a small business owner who works from home part time. I work mostly with clients outside of the home as well. I would prefer a traveler who has their own car. (parking provided in the driveway)
